Panko Garden is very close to Sichuan University area which is the best university in Sichuan province. The USA consulate is also very close to here.  Although this apartment is kinda old, the commercial and transpartation parts are very developed.  If you take taxi to downtown area, it will just cost you 12mins.  To Jiuyanqiao bar street, taking taxi will only cost you 12mins too. Except that, this area also a lot of foreigners live here. So if you wanna find  your compatriots, I think that could be very easy.  There’s also some very famous bars near here such as Jellyfish, shamrock.
